The Platform
One Digital Licence. From Education Into Working Life.
Live, dynamic and built to move forward with the learner.
CVGO Digital gives learners one individual-controlled digital licence that can begin from age 14 and continue through education, apprenticeships, employment, self-employment, career changes and retirement.
Learners can recognise and record their skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours alongside their achievements, qualifications, documents and work experience. As their development continues, they update their information in one place and reuse it whenever a new opportunity arises.
Current information can be used to create a tailored CV, download documents for another organisation's portal or share selected information through CVGO Digital. Guidance, templates, wallets, reminders and application tracking help learners plan and organise, investigate what is required, make informed decisions and take greater responsibility for their next steps.
One live record. Different opportunities. A clearer pathway forward.

Your Profile
Recognise and Record the Development That Shapes You
Every experience can contribute to a learner's future.
CVGO Digital enables learners to bring together their education, qualifications, achievements, projects, activities, sports, volunteering, caring responsibilities, school work experience, employment history, references, Skillset Snapshot and software knowledge within one live profile. By connecting what they have done with their skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours — and adding supporting evidence — learners can recognise transferable skills, organise their development and communicate their potential more clearly as they move from education into working life.

Document Wallets, Reminders & Renewals
Keep Everything Important Organised, Current and Ready.
From school records and professional documents to travel arrangements and personal information.
CVGO Digital gives learners learner-controlled document wallets that move with them from education into working life. They can use the ready-made wallets or create their own.
Expiry dates, reminders and renewal alerts help learners plan, maintain accurate records and take action before deadlines — supporting planning and organising, digital literacy, responsibility, accountability, initiative and work readiness.
Everything is organised. Important dates visible. Information ready when needed.

Pause. Prepare. Proceed.
Practical guidance for approaching each step with greater clarity and confidence.
CVGO Digital provides practical guides covering the dos and don'ts of building a profile, applying for opportunities, preparing for interviews, responding to employers, considering job offers and managing rejection or uncertainty.
Adaptable communication templates help learners understand how to write professional applications, confirmations, follow-ups, questions and responses. Learners are encouraged to personalise each template so that it reflects their circumstances, personality and natural communication style.
Support also extends to self-employment and subcontract opportunities, helping learners investigate what is required, plan their approach, make informed decisions and communicate professionally.
Pause before acting. Prepare properly. Proceed with confidence.

Job Applications, Tracking & Responses
Manage the Process. Not Just the Application.
Applying for work can create stress, anxiety and uncertainty at every stage of life — from entering employment for the first time to changing careers or pursuing new opportunities later in life. CVGO Digital helps individuals track their job applications, understand what happens next and approach each stage with greater preparation and confidence.
Practical guidance and adaptable templates support interview preparation, confirming attendance, asking questions, following up and requesting feedback. Templates provide a starting point, with individuals encouraged to personalise them, add their own information and ask the questions that matter to them.
Support continues when a job is offered. Individuals can check the details, ask important questions and decide whether the opportunity is right before accepting — or declining — professionally.
When a job application is reviewed through Profile Check, built-in response options encourage the organisation to acknowledge it, request further information, invite the applicant to interview, provide an update or communicate an outcome.
A response cannot be guaranteed, but clearer structure, better preparation and greater visibility can help individuals feel more confident, more informed and more in control throughout the process.
Better prepared. More confident. Greater control.

Create, Download & Share
One Live, Dynamic Profile. Tailored to What You Need.
Build your information. Keep it current. Select what is relevant each time.
CVGO Digital provides clear, structured sections that help individuals record their information professionally using their own words. Work experience can include daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities, together with supervisory responsibilities where applicable.
Information and documents can be uploaded, updated, added to or removed as experience and circumstances change. This keeps the main profile current without having to search for old CVs or repeatedly rebuild the same information.
For each job application, individuals select the relevant skills, qualifications, work experience, software knowledge and documents from within their digital licence. These selections create a tailored CV for that specific role. They then choose how to use it.
- Share Through Profile Check
- Share the tailored CV using a unique CVGO Digital licence number. The recipient can view the selected information free through Profile Check without receiving multiple attachments.
- Download
- Download the completed CV to upload to an employer's recruitment portal or use when the organisation is not reviewing applications through Profile Check.
- Quick Share
- Select and email individual documents or information without creating a full CV — useful when someone quickly needs to see a certificate, site card, ticket, pass or other evidence. Nothing is shared automatically. The individual chooses what to include, who receives it and how it is shared.
One dynamic record. Professionally structured. Tailored and shared under individual control.

Your Voice Matters at Every Stage of Life.
Anonymous polls. Shared experiences. Better understanding.
CVGO Digital gives individuals an anonymous way to share their experiences throughout education and working life.
Polls can cover education, qualifications, training, work placements, applications, document management, employment, career development and other subjects connected to different stages of life. Questions can be tailored by age and stage, so they remain relevant to the people taking part.
Responses help identify shared experiences, recurring challenges and areas where greater support or improvement may be needed. Anonymised findings can be used to improve CVGO Digital, make processes clearer and share meaningful insight with education providers and industry.
No individual is identified, and personal responses are never shared with schools, employers or other members.
Your experience matters. Your voice can help improve what comes next.
